Niyi Fabikun
FCA, MBA, MNIM, ACTI, Managing Partner
Mr. Niyi Fabikun is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner with an impressive career spanning over 27 years in auditing, tax planning, and public sector management. He is also a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Management from Lagos State University, and an Accounting qualification from Yaba College of Technology, obtained in 1986.
Mr. Fabikun currently serves as the Senior Partner at Segun Adeniyi Fabikun & Co and SAF Consultants; a distinguished firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax Experts, and Management Consultants, where he continues to provide strategic leadership and professional guidance in tax and management consulting.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fabikun has demonstrated outstanding expertise and dedication. He previously worked with Sonuga & Sonuga & Co. (1994–1998) as Tax Manager, and earlier served as part of the Management Staff at Eko Hotel Ltd. (1983–1991).
A lifelong learner, he has attended numerous workshops and seminars both within Nigeria and internationally, continually updating his knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. His leadership is defined by professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Team of Chartered Accountants & Tax Expert
Segun Faniran
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos State University Ojo and Master’s degree from University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He has over 8 years’ experience in auditing, financial management, tax planning and management consultancy services, having worked with Sonuga & Sonuga & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before joining Niyem Consultants (a sister firm of Niyem & Associates) in 2001.
He later joined DEES Consultants in 2005. He is presently holding forth as the audit manager of the firm.
Tosin Adetona
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti. She is a member of Accredited Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
She has over 8 years’ experience in auditing, financial management, tax planning and management consultancy services. She has worked in some numbers of financial organizations before joining SAF Consultants.
Shotunde Abiodun
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic. He is also an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is presently a Tax Manager of the firm.
Samuel Adeniji Adediran
He is an accomplished and meticulous Chartered Accountant of many years’ experience. Mr. Adediran, a product of Yaba College of Technology, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and obtained license to practice in 1990. He has wide and varied experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation and Consultancy Services. He had worked in various organizations ranging from Banking, Manufacturing, Trading Educational Institution, etc., before deciding to go into fulltime practice.
Odenuga Gbemisola.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Lagos Akoka.
She has years of experience in auditing, financial management, tax planning and management consultancy services. She is presently senior audit manager of the firm.
Jimba Ganiyu
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic. He is also an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is presently a Tax Manager of the firm.
